Our beautiful camp has seen many changes the past few years so come check it out! We have a full time year round Camp Ranger, a new shelter at the shooting range, new entrance, expanded parking lot, fencing and other landscaping improvements. The new Nature Center was built and the Trading Post remodeled in 2005. The shower house with flush toilets was built in 2006. Wireless Internet access was installed in 2006. New docks (2000/2001) and teaching/observation deck (2006) were added at the waterfront. Climb our new portable climbing tower or see our great new Eagles Nest program area which was was built in 2008. In 2009 a very large dining shelter was built to better serve camp wide meals. The Human Foosball court added in 2009 will become an instant hit with your Scouts!

Space is limited so call today to reserve your spot. Let us know the approximate number of campers you will be bringing and if you will be camping or just visiting on Saturday.

HIKING PROGRAM for CUBS: The Outdoor Promotions Committee has developed a new program for Cub Scouts. It is a hiking club. The idea is to get the Cub Scout introduced to the outdoors in an easy and fun program. The Hiking Club program is simple and the cost is minimal. The pack will schedule a hike each month, track the miles walked for each Scout (and parent). The Scout can earn segments, a hiking patch, and they can even earn a walking stick. The hikes can be done in a Forest Preserve or the Prairie Path. The program is up to the pack. For more information please consult the attached flier.
